Griffiths Evans are appointed as MEP technical monitor on behalf of Quintain at their Wembley Park Build To Rent development. The site includes 8,400 new homes set within 8.8 million sq ft of mixed- use development and public realm.

Our role includes strategic consultancy, the review of consultant designs, contractor technical submissions, inspecting the installations and witnessing system commissioning.

We have provided briefing stage input to the masterplanning and strategic decision making for engineering systems.
