The ABBA Arena is a 3,000 capacity venue, home to the ABBA Voyage immersive show combining virtual reality digital performers with a physical stage experience.

Griffiths Evans developed the RIBA stage 3 and 4 MEP design, to help bring the concept of this fully demountable building into reality with construction partners ES Global.

The HVAC systems have been designed by Griffiths Evans to provide a highly efficient displacement ventilation system to the auditorium, combined with local demand controlled ventilation to the pre-event and bar areas.

The extensive show systems required a significant part of the buildings electrical supply, the Griffiths Evans team drove the analysis of the show electrical load to ensure it was reliably supported, without over designing the electrical infrastructure.
