The Adem Jashari Memorial Complex is located in Prekaz i Epërm, Skënderaj, Kosova and stands as a powerful symbol of resilience and freedom, marking a pivotal chapter in the history of Kosova, NATO, and the broader global community. This sacred site pays tribute to the unwavering courage and leadership of the Jashari family, whose sacrifice remains a beacon of inspiration for Kosovars worldwide. Working with Gerber Architekten and Donnald Insall Associates, Griffiths Evans have carried out dynamic thermal simulation models of the new enclosures to the historic structures located across the site. With the goal of preserving the structures, we have developed a solution that uses passive ventilation and solar shading to ensure the internal environment meets the strict criteria for temperature and humidity.
