Pioneer Groups Colworth science park, located within the Oxford – Cambridge ‘Arc’, provides 320,000sq/ft of laboratories, R&D kitchens and offices. Colworth Park’s tenants include Unilever, who base one of their six global R&D centres at this site.

Griffiths Evans are employed by Pioneer Group as an expert consultant to provide strategic advice for the site and a MEP designers for a new laboratory building.

As part of the ongoing capital investment into the site and to contribute to Pioneers net zero carbon emissions goal we have developed concepts for a new site wide heating and cooling infrastructure using heat pumps and a 1.6MW solar PV array located in the surrounding country side.
