The new 146 key Radison Red 4 star hotel located at the site of the existing Priory and Ragland stands. Included in the development is the provision of a new stand with a seating capacity of 3000. The existing ground maintenance workshops are relocated to new facilities under the hotel.

Griffiths Evans are appointed for full MEP design service, from concept through to RIBA stage 3, followed by a client supervisory role through construction and handover.

The new hotel is heated and cooled by dual circuit, heat recovery air source heat pumps, which along with electric cooking facilities and a solar PV array, make this a highly efficient all electric building with no Scope 1 carbon emissions.
