Griffiths Evans are appointed by Manchester City Football Club to provide ongoing building services engineering support across capital development projects at the Etihad Stadium.

Our scope includes the design of a high voltage (HV) infrastructure upgrade to support the stadium’s long term masterplan. The new electrical infrastructure significantly increases capacity while enhancing resilience and redundancy. It has been future proofed to support the Club’s decarbonisation goals, enable the North Stand extension, and facilitate the deployment of large scale on site renewable technologies.

We have also provided specialist lighting consultancy for the new broadcast quality LED floodlighting system. Fully compliant with UEFA and Premier League guidelines, the system features integrated controls that allow synchronisation with audio systems, concert overlays, and immersive pre and post match presentation shows.
