Ipswich Town FC’s new training facility is located at their existing Rushmere St Andrews site. The new facilities include a first team building, grounds maintenance building and academy extension, to what was the original first team building.

The new first team building, including the hydrotherapy pool, is heated and cooled by dual circuit, heat recovery air source heat pumps, which along with electric cooking facilities and a 30kW solar PV array, make this a highly efficient all electric building with no Scope 1 carbon emissions.
