Griffiths Evans are employed by Ascot Racecourse as an expert consultant to provide strategic advice for the venue.

We have completed an MEP asset survey of the venue buildings to be used in planning the future spend for maintenance and replacement of the various systems and plant.

The asset survey has led on to us calculating the expected venue energy consumption, this has informed a strategy for energy efficiency improvements and carbon emission savings.
