Griffiths Evans are appointed as the MEP consultant for The Wave London, a landmark surf destination and leisure development in the capital.

We have provided full mechanical, electrical and public health consultancy services to support the planning application, including detailed coordination with the Greater London Authority (GLA) and the wider design team.

Our scope included the development of strategic engineering documents, energy strategies and sustainability inputs to meet planning and GLA requirements. These were carefully aligned with the site’s long term environmental goals and operational needs, ensuring the proposals support low carbon, resilient infrastructure.

The site will include a surf lagoon, golf course and camping amenities, and is set to become a major family destination once completed. Griffiths Evans will deliver the full detailed design for all MEP systems.
