Griffiths Evans provided the Stage 4 MEP design for a new, state of the art GP surgery within the Quintain masterplan at Wembley Park, London. This facility forms a key part of the wider Wembley Park regeneration, providing high quality healthcare infrastructure to support the growing local population.

Our role involved detailed building services design to meet NHS England requirements and deliver a fully coordinated solution within a mixed use development.

The surgery occupies over 1,200 square metres and has been designed in accordance with NHS Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) guidelines, ensuring full compliance with clinical, operational and patient care standards.
